Don’t Replace Shift Solenoid Valve Before Watching This | Test & Replace Transmission Shift Solenoid

In this video I explain how to test the automatic transmission when there is P0758 Shift Control Solenoid Valve “B” Electrical (2-6/B) fault code. This video is applicable to KIA & Hyundai 6 Speed (Front wheel drive / All wheel drive) transaxle which is widely used on many KIA & Hyundai vehicles (Optima, Sonata, Sorento, Sportage, Cerato, Tucson and many more). In this video I explain the transmission wiring diagram, then I show you how to read the 2-6/brake solenoid live data, then I explain how to test the solenoid wiring, following by the solenoid resistance inspection externally on the transmission connector. Then I show you where this solenoid is seated on the transmission valve body, how to remove it and how to inspect it. In all steps that I am explaining the wiring inspection I show you guys the exact wire and pin number by presenting the wiring diagram and connectors.
