Don’t Replace ABS Control Module Before Watching this Video (Part 1) – Repair ABS Module for Motor & Valve Relay Error

In this video I explain all relevant internal circuit and components (including the relevant transistors and pins) to test and repair ABS common faults (ABS Motor Failure and ABS Valve Relay Error), so in many cases that you have these two fault codes, you can repair the ABS module and you don’t need to replace it, so watch this video before replacing.

What’s included in this video:

00:45 Explaining the ABS Power Supply on Wiring Diagram & the typical diagnostics by mechanics

03:30 Explaining the ABS Internal Circuit to Provide the Battery Positive to ABS Motor (On wiring diagram)

04:58 Explaining the ABS Internal Circuit to Provide the Battery Positive to ABS Valve Relay (On wiring diagram)

05:55 Explaining the ABS Module Sections

08:05 Explaining the ABS Power Supply on the Connector & Electronic Board & the Common faults on them & how to Fix it.

14:15 Finding the ABS Motor Transistor on the Electronic Board, Checking the transistor input from the main pin and output to the ABS Motor

17:39 Testing the Power Supply from the ABS Motor Transistor to the ABS Motor

18:48 Testing the Ground on the ABS Motor

20:00 Explaining how power supply will get to the ABS valves & testing the relevant transistors and internal circuit
